Its pretty much accepted that a good set of abs is a great asset. Everyone wants the perfect abs but not many people know how to achieve this. I have come across some of the best ways on how to get abs fast. There are many ways to do it but here are the best 3 ways to do it that I have found:

1. Use a good abs exercise

OK, so you have probably already figured out that you will need to do some exercise in order to get washboard abs like you always wanted. But the problem is which exercises should you do? The best exercise for toning the main ab area is stomach crunches. These are really great for working your abs. You probably know this in a way because you have prbably felt the burn of your muscles working when you try this exercise. When you feel that burn you know that it is working.

Another good ab exercise is to tone the obliques. These are the muscles at the sides. So make sure that you use an exercise to tone these too. This will help to pull you in at the sides.

2. Eat more protein

Protein is essential for muscle building. When you want to get perfect abs it is the muscle you need to build and tone. Without this, you will not be able to achieve that goal. The amount of protein you need depends on your age and gender. The gneral rule for muscle building though is that you should get around 1g of protein for each pound of lean muscle mass you have. To calculate your lean muscle weight you must take your whole weight and then take off the amount of fat you have in pounds. What you have left is then your lean muscle weight. You should eat one gram of protein for each pound of this lean weight.

3. Reduce body fat

This is probably the best way to get a flat stomach and good abs fast. If you reduce your overall body fat and therefore the fat on your stomach then your abs will show through better. You can do stomach crunches and sit ups all day, but unless they are underneath a thin or none existant layer of fat you won’t be able to see your abs. Doing the stomach crunches themselves is a good way to burn fat on your abs becuase the muscles will burn some of the fat for energy. You could reduce your intake of calories or do some cardio exercise to help reduce your overall weight.

Wether you are male or female everyone wants to have good abs. The ab area is usually always the area that most people have problems with. This is becuase this is the first place to get the most fat stored around it. If you look at anyone who is just a couple of pounds overweight they caryy it around their stomach area. This is why it is such as good idea to specifically focus on the abs and workout to get them looking good. Find out what my best top tips are on how to get good abs.

Tip number 1

Get proper nutrition. You need to make sure that you are not filling your system with junk. When you eat junk foods all the time it starts to impact your look on the outside. When you don’t get healthy nutrients this can have a detrimental effect too. Eat foods full of fibre. Fibre takes more energy to digest and may help to leave you more lean and toned by eating it. You can get fibre from fruits and vegetables and wholegrains. Low calorie vegetables are probably the best idea for getting more lean and burning fat becuase it has the fibre you need without the calories or carbohydrates. For example, cabbage is a good one for this. This is actually called a negative calorie food becuase it uses up more calories digesting it then it actually contains.

Tip number 2

Vary your exercises. You don’t just need to workout your abs, you need to have a full body workout. This should be some kind of good cardio exercise. Cardio is really great for burning fat and calories. So if you are overweight even by just a few pounds then cardio is a really good way to go. It will burn fat from all over your figure. Some good cardio exercises are; swimming, cycling, running, jogging, skipping, aerobics, skating and more. Exercise is not always a chore, you can get the best workouts from fun exercises too. Tip number 3

Keep at it! It can be really tough when you are trying to motivate yourself to exericse. You may not want to do it but if you get yourself motivated enough then you should be able to do it with no problems. You need to try and visualise what you want and what your goals are. Music has been proven to be a good motivator (this always motivates me). You won’t see results overnight but if you keep at it then you will definitely start to see an improvement in no time at all.
